He never explained what was going on to us when we were all in the vehicle, like how long it would take, the stops, etc. It was like we were the ones bothering or inconveniencing him, even though we were paying him essentially for the day tour. At each stop, he never explained basics like “hey this is where the toilets are, etc,” which is just common courtesy for anyone traveling. Then…”
